We never carry mass-produced imitations. When available, the artisan's hallmark stamp is documented in the product listing.

Our pieces feature genuine sterling silver, natural turquoise, coral, spiny oyster, and other authentic stones traditional to Southwest craftsmanship. Each listing specifies the exact stones and metals. Natural stones vary in tone and matrix, so every piece is truly one of a kind.

We carry both natural and stabilized turquoise, and the treatment is always clearly stated on each product page. Natural turquoise is untreated and prized for its rarity; stabilized turquoise is strengthened for durability while retaining its natural color and origin.

In-stock pieces are carefully packaged and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped. You will receive tracking details by email the moment your order leaves our studio.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide via fully insured, tracked courier. International delivery times vary from 7 to 14 business days. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Absolutely. Every shipment is fully insured for its full value and requires a signature upon delivery for pieces above a certain threshold, ensuring your treasure arrives safely into your hands.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the certificate of authenticity. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Please contact us to begin a return.

Because each piece is individually handcrafted, exact size exchanges depend on availability. Many rings and bracelets can be gently resized by the artisan. Reach out and we will advise on the best option for your specific piece.

Once we receive and inspect your returned piece, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
