No. Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. They are simply an invitation to explore our collection and speak with our specialists.
How long does an appointment last?
Most consultations last between forty-five minutes and an hour, though we never rush. Custom design sessions may run longer, and we will always make the time.
Is my requested time confirmed immediately?
Your submission is a request. Our team will review it and reach out to confirm your appointment, or to suggest an alternative time if needed.
Can I bring a piece for appraisal or repair?
Absolutely. Select Appraisal or Repair & Restoration when booking and note the piece in your message so we can prepare accordingly.
May I bring a guest?
Of course. You are welcome to bring a companion or two. If you are planning a larger visit, please mention it in your notes so we can prepare the salon.
